Sony Ericsson W595 Terms and Conditions for Competitions
Information published by Vodafone New Zealand Limited (“Promoter”) on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.
Entry is open to residents of New Zealand (“Eligible Entrant”). Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter’s associated companies, the Promoter’s agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
The Promotion commences on Monday 30 November, 6pm and closes on Monday 18 January 2010, 6pm (“Promotion Period”).
To enter, PXT the keyword GIFT to 787 and show Vodafone why you and your friend need to win a new cell. The winning entry will be the PXT which Vodafone considers best demonstrates why the Eligible Entrant needs a new phone. The decision as to the winning entry is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, including but not limited to making multiple entries or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Winner consents to Promoter using their likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by Promoter.
The prize is 2 x Sony Ericsson W595 – one for you and one for a friend
The winning entry will be chosen on Monday 18 January 2010.The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be notified by phone or mail. If three reasonable attempts to contact the winner have been made within three days after the draw and the winner is still unavailable, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be randomly chosen.
By entering the competition you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
Prize is not transferable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise stipulated.
Prize value is correct at time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of any prizes.
The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
All entries become the property of the Promoter.
Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner should look to the manufacturer of products awarded as prizes for all warranties. However, these terms and conditions do not exclude or limit the application of any statutory provision (including a provision of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 [NZ]) where to do so would contravene that statute or cause any part of these terms and conditions to be void.
Vodafone reserves the right to extend, cancel or amend this promotion at any time.
